Want to Produce?

Are you interested in producing shorts? Now’s your chance! We’ll be interviewing interested candidates 9/14 – 9/17. If you’re interested, fill out this google form: https://goo.gl/forms/awDjsvqt851mjbxj2

If you’re unsure about what being an M-Agination producer entails, we’ve got you covered. As a producer, you would be in charge of finding filming locations, scheduling making sure the production is meeting deadlines, partnering with local businesses for donations if necessary, gathering equipment, and, in general, bringing an abstract creative vision into reality. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at m-aginfo@umich.edu.

We’re Back!

School is right around the corner, and so are we! We’ve missed reading scripts, forcing all of our friends to be extras, and most importantly–making films! If you’re interested to make films too (or even just a little curious), find us at Northfest (September 4th) and Festifall (September 8th). We’ll be the table offering potential fame and snacks.

Additionally, we’ll be holding a mass meeting for anyone with interest in joining M-Agination in the Pond Room of the Michigan Union from 8 to 9 PM on September 10th.

Giving Blue Day

M-agination Films will be participating in Giving Blue Day on Tuesday Nov. 29, following the Thanksgiving Break! We are earning money to increase our equipment inventory with state of the art equipment for our future members and to have FREE POPCORN at this year’s festival! Stay tuned to get the link to donate.

There will be $5,000 available to match student gifts every hour between 8-5pm (9 hours).

Any organization that gets at least 30 recent graduates to give to their cause will be eligible to win the $2000 prize.

And any other donations we will receive in full! giving-blue-m-ag
